Mr. Shemesh serves as Chief of Growth and Strategy of Codere Online since January 2022. Prior to that, he co-founded two Ad-tech and marketing companies, holding these positions since April 2019 and March 2017, respectively. Before starting his own companies, Matan worked for Ladbrokes Coral, where he served as CEO of Ladbrokes Israel and CFO of Digital Israel. He also worked as an Accounting Manager for CA Technologies and CPA at KPMG. Matan has a demonstrated history of working with online companies and possesses skills in online marketing, digital acquisition, product development, operations management, and customer relationship management. He has a strong financial background as a CPA and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University. His professional experience includes business development and executive leadership roles as a CEO and CFO.
