Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated project manager to join our quickly growing product and technology teams.

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Drive cross functional teams across our product and tech organization to meet key goals
  • Serve as a bridge to communicate between groups, share information, and set priorities
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of feature development from ideation through delivery
  • Jump in wherever needed to help solve challenging problems

 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly organized leader who can work with multiple teams to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, successful of delivery of key projects and an ability to plan/prioritize a changing workload within a fast-paced environment while dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience overseeing cross functional initiatives with a technical delivery component
  • An understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • The ability to be highly adaptable and to thrive in ambiguity
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience with starting, monitoring, reporting, close, and support projects of various sizes
  • Knowledge of using project management tools such as Monday and Jira or MS projects.
  • Knowledge of excel and strong orientation to numbers.
  • Speaking additional languages English is a must, Spanish – advantages

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with other team leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Report on project advancement and financial budget outlines to Senior management.
  • Planning projects KPIs, including setting milestones, prioritizing tasks, and assigning deliverables to various team leaders.
  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
  • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • Implementing use of project management tools
  • Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
